Talking about sexual health, consent, and relationships is often uncomfortable, especially for young people and the adults who support them. Avoidance, silence, or overly clinical language can leave critical questions unanswered and reinforce stigma.

Altarum partnered with us to create Open the Awk, a culturally relevant campaign designed to normalize these conversations and give people permission to talk openly and honestly. The platform embraced humor, authenticity, and real life moments to lower barriers and make difficult topics feel approachable. Through a flexible visual system, playful content, and practical tools, Open the Awk reframed sexual health conversations as something human, relatable, and possible rather than intimidating.
